The nanophysics and spintronics group (NPSG) was established in 2014 at physics department of Shahid Beheshti University (SBU). This young group has focused on concepts of science at the nano-scale to introduce them in applied physics. Important subjects could be two-dimensional materials including their fabrication and application in electronics, photonics, mechanics, etc. Other studies are spintronics, magnonics and some bio-logical elements. The group leader Assist. Prof. Mohseni and his team try to understand and connect different disciplines such as advanced devices and their future use in industry, life and health. These could be from fundamental aspects to engineering point of views. Our team includes postdoc reaserchers, graduate students and collaborates with other groups.
